Welcome to Hole In The Wall

This Australian brunch spot in Fidi has been the location of multiple friend-reunions, and even in the rain, served as a joyful location for an afternoon brunch! We ordered the spicy scramble as well as the loaded avo toast - both of which were fabulously prepared. But the highlight was the coffee - we all know that Aussie's take their coffee very seriously, and this spot definitely showcased that!! The ridiculously creamy honey latte I ordered was exactly what I needed to warm my soul on a cold rainy day. Oooh I'm drooling just thinking about it! The service was lovely, as I usually find it to be at Aussie restaurants. I would recommend Hole in the Wall as a place to have a date, a meal out with your girlfriends, a catch-up with your parents, or just a solo treat for yourself!

What a cute find! In New York for work and stopped in for lunch. The menu is small, but diverse. Everything sounded absolutely amazing. Being the Caesar salad obsessed girl that I am, I went with that. It came with Parmesan crisps, crispy onions and one of the best Caesar dressings I've had in a while. Only bummer was they wouldn't allow me to add tomatoes or feta to the salad when they have those ingredients in house. Not the end of the world, just disappointing. I added some sliced avocado instead. Super delicious and everything tasted fresh. My coworkers got the avocado toast and both said it was hands down the best avocado toast they've ever had. Great find, glad it was close and convenient to the hotel was staying at!

Hole in the Wall is a fun spot with great brunch options. The staff is very friendly and perfectly emulate the 'down under' vibe this restaurant is going for. I ordered the lox toast, which came with a poached egg, pickled onions, and wasabi cream cheese on sourdough, and opted to add avocado. I'm sure the kitchen staff laughed at the plate that came back after we finished, as I ate around the crust (cutting through it with a steak knife was harder than sawing down an oak tree). Other than that, it was delicious. I also ordered their nutty espresso smoothie sans espresso, which was essentially a peanut butter banana smoothie, which hit the spot on a hot day. Although their indoor space is smaller, they boast a fantastic outdoor patio, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would recommend to anyone on the hunt for a fun spot for a healthy brunch packed with flavor!

This was suggested by a wonderful staff member at the Courtyard. We had a little trouble finding it, but got right in. Coffee was hot all through breakfast. Great egg and bacon burrito, great pastries. Lovely staff. Thanks!!

Really great brunch spot! Their food is excellent and service even better. Both times I came I was well taken care of and with a great attitude. As for the food, Kimchi scramble - love! Breakfast burrito - love! Can't wait to try more things on the menu. There's pescatarian/vegetarian/vegan friendly options for people with dietary restrictions. I will say, they need a better exhaust bc if you sit inside, you will smell like bacon after..for the whole day. My clothes, my hair, everything was baconized lol. And I did not order anything with bacon.

Food was very good! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the breki sand which for the brunch menu! Service was good! We were seated right away. I couldn't tell much about the ambiance because we sat outside! However it's very nice outside for brunch! Overall I would really recommend this place! The food is very good or brunch! The burrito and breki burger was very tasty! It didn't felt too heavy and pretty clean! I would come here again to try other things on the menu!

Convenient location in Fidi to grab brunch and catch up with friends - but beware there will be a wait since it's pretty small on the inside. Friends I came for brunch on a Saturday and we waited ~15 min for a table. Service was fast though, which was great since we were pretty hungry.

We came here for breakfast on the weekend before hanging out at pier 17. This place has limited seating inside, but don't let that fool you. Service was super friendly and their dishes were so good! They had some delicious smoothie options for $12. Our bacon sandwich was really good - thick cut pieces of bacon, hash brown, egg, cheese. All in a sauce that Just went really well together. The mushroom toast was unique and good but you have to try their Belgium waffle! It was out of this world good with the mascarpone and berries. Perfect balance of sweetness for the waffle. Would highly recommend this brunch spot if in the area!
